TEI Variances

Where we intend to keep a list of variances between DHQ and TEI.

These may include both legitimate and illegitimate variances. When we get to the point of reconciling DHQ with TEI (see SkunkWorks), we will consult this list to determine:

• changes to DHQ to bring it into better alignment with TEI structures and usage
• ODD modifications to TEI when it is determined such modification is warranted
