Setting up SVN Sandbox

Establishing Repository Location (Repository pane)

• Select from file menu: Repository => New Repository Location
• Repository URL => svn+ssh://67.207.129.15/svn/dhq
  • for editors, extend path to: svn+ssh://67.207.129.15/svn/dhq/vol/[relevant issue]
• Right click on directory "vol" => Check out
• Set "Target folder": specific directory to hold contents
  • Create local directory on machine beforehand labeled "vol"
• Set "Depth": Recursive

• Right click on file that needs work and select "update" (good practice)
• Open file with (specifiy editor of choice) or open file, which opens file in the SyncroClient? (top pane, good for only small edits)
• Save changes
• Open SSH client and copy file from sandbox to dev server
• View changes
• If ok, return to SVN client, right click on file that was modified, and select "commit"
  • Document changes in "commit message" box
  • Click the "commit" button
