DHQ Metadata model

The metadata structures are what glue DHQ documents into the system. This page documents the DHQ metadata model, which you can expect to find (either in part or in toto) in various DHQ schemas.

DHQ metadata models track the distinction between DHQauthor and DHQpublish discussed on the Schema Requirements page: at the authoring stage, metadata may be very lightweight; whereas at publication, much more detailed and complete metadata should be required.

At this stage in DHQ development only DHQauthor has been modeled. DHQpublish will be derived from DHQauthor at such point as we need it.
