Apache and Tomcat

Currently, the new (Cocoon) version of DHQ runs off Apache and Tomcat though the two aren't inetgrated at this stage.

Integration

Integrating Apache and Tomcat should facilitate password protection of the development environment at the server level (as opposed to the client-side) and will provide transparent access to the content by eliminating port 8080.
