WHERE:
MITH conference room in the basement of McKeldin Library.
Please note that the Library might be closed on Saturday, and if so the ADHO SC members are asked to meet/wait in front of the main entrance of the Library and MITH colleagues will bring everyone in through a side door.

WHO:
All steering committee members who are present in Maryland for DH2009 should attend.
Members of ADHO Standing Committees are also welcome.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Sat 20 June evening : all ADHO and Association committee members are invited to have dinner together.
The venue is an Indian restaurant - Tiffin Indian Kitchen : http://www.tiffinrestaurant.com/
Buses have been arranged to pick us up at 6.45 pm and to return us to our hotels at about 9.00 pm.

Sun 21 June evening : Neil Fraistat and his wife have very kindly invited all ADHO and Association committee members to their house for drinks and light refreshments following the Association committee meetings.
