I think what I might do for now is to use Google Forms or some such thing to add entries (collaboratively) and then figure out an import mechanism.
ajlyon@gmail.com on "Constrained Vocabularies in Zotero Fields" http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/topic/constrained-vocabularies-in-zotero-fields#post-1059 Mon, 21 Mar 2011 21:34:14 +0000 ajlyon@gmail.com 1059@http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/
This is one of the key data curation issues that Zotero has right now, and it's ripe for treatment by a Zotero plugin. Zotero provides a solid back-end for the data, and a mature model. It still wouldn't be possible to enforce a vocabulary server-side for a group, but having a client-side plugin to manage vocabularies would be a great help. I would be thrilled to work with other interested people to make this happen in the next year or so.
Miriam Posner on "Constrained Vocabularies in Zotero Fields" http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/topic/constrained-vocabularies-in-zotero-fields#post-1058 Mon, 21 Mar 2011 19:41:55 +0000 Miriam Posner 1058@http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/
Hi Stéfan,

I asked a similar question a little while ago over at the Zotero forums, but maybe you'll get a wider range of answers here. In any case, I've noticed this question popping up a few times in conversation with researchers, so it seems like it might be a good candidate for a new feature.

Miriam
Miriam Posner on "Constrained Vocabularies in Zotero Fields" http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/topic/constrained-vocabularies-in-zotero-fields#post-1057 Mon, 21 Mar 2011 19:40:28 +0000 Miriam Posner 1057@http://digitalhumanities.org/answers/
Hi Stéfan,

I asked a similar question a little while ago over at the Zotero forums, but maybe you'll get a wider range of answers here. Let's say that I wanted all entries in a library to use keywords from a list – is that possible?
